The 2025 International Conference on Radar, Signal and Information Processing is a grand event that focuses on the latest research achievements and cutting-edge trends in radar technology, signal processing and information processing. The conference aims to gather experts, scholars, researchers, and industry representatives from both domestic and foreign fields of radar and signal processing, to jointly discuss the latest developments in radar technology, new methods of signal processing, and their applications in multiple fields such as national defense, aerospace, meteorology, and smart cities. The conference has a wide range of topics, covering multiple hot topics such as SAR imaging systems and signal processing technology, high-resolution ISAR imaging systems and target recognition technology, new system radar technology, millimeter wave radar intelligent detection technology and civilian applications, meteorological radar and its signal processing technology.
The conference will have multiple thematic forums, inviting renowned experts to give special presentations, and offering paper submissions and oral communication sessions, providing participants with a platform to showcase research results and exchange academic ideas. All full paper submissions to the RSIP 2025 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of RSIP 2025 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to rsip@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
